Adult prices are for persons age 13+. Children ages 12 and under are $599 for 2-night, $699 for 3-night. Children 2 and under are free.
*Prices are per adult. Additional $100 per credit card payment plan fee will be added for payment plans.

The Event Only Pass includes all of the events of the weekend: Kickoff Concert, Songwriters Showcase, Sunday Morning Worship Service, Red Carpet Experience, Fan Awards Show ticket. It does NOT include hotel stay or any food for the weekend.

What is included in the price of the Fan Awards Weekend?

3-Night Package: Three nights at the Gaylord Opryland Resort (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), weekend Kick-off Concert, two breakfast, buffet meals (Saturday and Sunday), one plated banquet dinner (Saturday), late night Songwriters Showcase, Sunday morning Worship Service. the Red Carpet experience and a ticket to the K-LOVE Fan Awards Show.

Not Included In Prices:
Transit to/from airport, travel to/from another city; transportation to/from Fan Awards Show (available as an add-on to reservation), additional hotel nights (available as an add-on to reservation); items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, laundry, room service at hotels, meals in transit, phone calls, parking, anything not explicitly noted in marketing communication should not be assumed as included in the price, are not included in the price to attend the K-LOVE Fan Awards event.

When are the deposits and final balance due?

The non refundable deposit is due at the time you register. Your final balance is determined by your selections and is due in full either when you register or on the final date of your selected payment plan.

The non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit due upon registration is $250 per person.

Payment options?

  • Pay by credit card (Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover) online at our registration page.
  • If a partial payment is made with a credit card, then that same credit will automatically be debited for subsequent payments unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Send payment by check to the K-LOVE Fan Awards, 8289 Cordova Road, Suite 104, Cordova, TN 38016. You will need to print out the online registration form and send it with your check ten days before the billing period you choose. Please print your phone number on your check. We also will need a charge card on file even if checks are being used. Payments made by check must be received on time or your registration will be canceled.

Cancellations?

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]

The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Between time of registration and December 31, 2024, all persons requesting a cancellation will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable, non-transferrable registration deposit of $250 for each individual and (if applicable) the payment plan fee.
  • Between January 1 and the last date of February, 2025, all persons requesting a cancellation will receive 75% of their payment back, excluding the non-refundable, non-transferrable registration deposit of $250 for each individual and (if applicable) the payment plan fee.
  • Between March 1 and March 31, 2025, all persons requesting a cancellation will receive 50% of their payment back, excluding the non-refundable, non-transferrable registration deposit of $250 for each individual and (if applicable) the payment plan fee.
  • Between April 1 and April 30, 2025, all persons requesting a cancellation will receive 25% of their payment back, excluding the non-refundable, non-transferrable registration deposit of $250 for each individual and (if applicable) the payment plan fee.
  • Beginning May 1, 2025, no refunds will be given for a cancellation.

All refunds will be issued after the K-LOVE Fan Awards. 

$250 is considered the non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit for each individual, regardless of amount paid at the time of registration. By submitting your registration, you agree to this term. 

All pricing, payment plan options, and term & conditions are subject to change. 

Will the current pricing change in the future?

The K-LOVE Fan Awards reserve the right to change pricing in the future. However, once you book that is the price that will be applied to your reservation.
