With the 3-night package, you will also have the biggest selection of room choices for you and your family. If you want a standard room to crash in at the end of the night, you can opt for a room with a traditional or atrium view priced for a family of 4 at $799 or $999 per person, respectively. If you would like to have a room that gives your family more space to move around and lounge during any free time, there are also options available for Jr, Executive, and Deluxe suites at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
Jr suites may or may not have balconies or couches, depending on availability, but they are larger than rooms with a traditional or atrium view. These suites are priced at $1149/person for a family of 4. (Other options are available for parties of a different number)
The Executive suite is a step up in class and functionality. These rooms come with a balcony and parlor area as well as a kitchen for you and your friends/family to use throughout the weekend. Featuring many of the same amenities as the Executive model, these suites are simply larger in size and feature a dining table that can seat twice as many as the dining area in the Executive rooms. Now, you may be looking at that price and thinking “That doesn’t seem too much cheaper than the hotel option.” Yes, depending on your party’s size and room preference, it may be worth it to go ahead and get a room at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The Event Only package is the cheapest way to experience the weekend’s activities (valued at over $1100), but it’s up to you to figure out what will work best for your family.
To make things a little easier on families with younger kids, the Event Only package is lowered to $299 for kids between 3 and 12. Of course, children younger than 3 get in for free.
Although we’ve covered the vast majority of your expenses at the the K-LOVE Fan Awards, we wanted to remind you that sometimes there are things that people forget to budget for when planning a trip.
There are many shops and restaurants in the Gaylord Opryland Resort that you may want to take part in, as well as a riverboat cruise through the indoor waterway. There is plenty of free time built into the weekend, so these may be some items you’ll want to plan for.
